Value Added Addition to 1:1 Outplacement Programmes
When we conclude an Outplacement programme we ask our individual clients for their feedback and importantly what they valued most about their support. Perhaps not surprisingly, our research has found that clients really value the bespoke one to one interaction that they have with their career coaches above all else.
We appreciate that each sponsor organisation has a budget for the provision of outplacement for their exiting employees and we carefully provide an appropriate programme that is commensurate with that budget. Sometimes, particularly on the programmes with fewer coaching meetings, our clients take a little longer to get settled into their new role and need more support. Consequently, our thinking is to offer unlimited, remote, 1:1 support for all of our clients on 1:1 programmes so that they continue to receive support from their career coach by telephone and e-mail for an additional time period over and above their programme (or until they no longer require it or are settled in a new role).
As a result of our discussions with our team of career coaches we plan to offer a value added enhancement to all of our 1:1 programmes but importantly, at no additional cost.
Therefore, our offering in future will be;
Job Search Programme
This programme provides 6 x hours of 1:1 coaching. We will now provide additional unlimited access via e mail and telephone to the coach at the completion of the 1:1 sessions – for an extra 3 months.
This programme provides 12 x hours of 1:1 coaching and we will now provide additional unlimited access via e mail and telephone to the coach at the completion of the 1:1 sessions – for an extra 6 months.
Manager/Senior Manager Programme
The Manager programme provides 16 x hours and the Senior Manager 22 x hours of 1:1 coaching and we will now provide additional unlimited access via e mail and telephone to the coach at the completion of the 1:1 sessions – for an extra 12 months.
