Central Support Team
Our Central Support team work from our Windsor office and maintain the contact with our corporate clients and support our coaches and consultant team with the design and delivery of the support we provide to our individual clients. Individually they have extensive experience in their specific fields and are committed to the delivery of successful assignments for corporate and individual clients alike.
With a successful track record working with clients at senior & executive level he is a strong believer in using his passion for supporting change to facilitate individual success for clients.
He has worked with organisations across all spectrums of industry and has a reputation for generating extraordinary personal success for individuals and companies alike.
Tony has over 20 years’ experience in providing successful career transition and talent management solutions to organisations in the public, private & third sectors.
He spent several years, at senior Director level, with two of the largest global career management consultancies before joining asa.
He has been the recipient of the Gold Award from the Management Consultancies Association for his work on a restructuring project for a major UK client. Tony is a member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing
Project Manager - South
Julie specialises in Career Transition, Outplacement and Performance Coaching. She is an accredited coach and trained practitioner in workplace counselling and coaching with many years’ experience supporting people and organisations during significant change. With a successful track record of helping individuals to improve their performance and achieve their potential, she is accepted at all levels within a broad range of sectors including the commercial, public and voluntary.
Her professional and business experience is supported by a Certificate in Counselling (Hertfordshire University) and a Diploma in Performance Coaching – Business (Newcastle College). She is also qualified in psychometric testing BPS Levels A & B and Talent Q. She attends on going CPD and is a regular contributor at these events. After graduating from the University of Nottingham with a BA honours in Medieval & Modern History, Julie’s early career was spent in retail staff management. She later moved to HR positions with Unilever and then Prudential before becoming an independent and joining asa 10 years ago.
Project Manager - North
Hugh is a professional careers consultant with extensive experience gained over eighteen years of running businesses, including the running of two residential care homes. He has worked in a number of different sectors supporting people at various levels within the sponsoring companies. He is a strong team member who retains his individuality, an indicator of which is his range of bow ties.
As a professional facilitator and coach he flexes his style to reflect the needs of both the people and the situation they are in. These skills ensure that a strong partnership is built both with individuals and the sponsoring companies. Hugh is a Magistrate and a qualified Family Mediator. He is also an assessor, on behalf of the Cabinet Office, for the new Customer Service Excellence Award.
Associate Director/Project Manager - Scotland
One of the most experienced career professionals in the UK with 30 years’ experience of the careers industry, mostly at main board level, resulting in extensive knowledge of career development, career guidance and restoring individuals whose careers have become derailed.
From an early career in retailing leading to senior marketing and management roles Colin worked at Director level with major national career coaching consultancies before becoming the Associate Director for Scotland for asa. Now leads a small team based in Edinburgh, providing a range of career related services across the employment spectrum from the boardroom to the shop floor and is recognised as one of the leading career transition and coaching providers in Scotland.
Highly experienced in both the Public and Private sectors having worked with individuals from over 100 different employers across the entire employment spectrum.
