Tony has over 20 years’ experience in providing successful career transition and talent management solutions to organisations in the public, private & third sectors.
He spent several years, at senior Director level, with two of the largest global career management consultancies before joining asa.
He has been the recipient of the Gold Award from the Management Consultancies Association for his work on a restructuring project for a major UK client. Tony is a member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing
Director of Workplace Health & Wellbeing
Jayne is a widely respected thought leader in the health and wellbeing industry with over two decades operating at board level. She has earned a reputation as a market pioneer and innovator based on an ability to deliver highly effective solutions for clients in the fields of preventive workplace wellness.
Jayne has worked in the private and public sector and has held roles in sales & marketing, contract management and senior leadership. She was Managing Director of a leading UK EAP and Wellbeing company for 20 years and General Manager UK&I for the largest HR Career Management company. She understands the importance in aligning the health and wellbeing strategy to the HR & business strategy.
She has designed a number of workplace health and wellbeing programmes, including the largest project to date in EMEA, and delivered workshops and training for leaders and managers in work-life balance, stress management, mental health & wellbeing, personal resilience and emotional intelligence. She regularly speaks at conferences and events and has numerous published articles on workplace health and wellbeing, being a strong advocate of prevention and early intervention.
She is a qualified business coach and mentor who passionately believes that everyone has the capacity to be inspired, to embrace change, and to achieve their potential.
Central Support Team
Our Central Support team work from our Windsor office and maintain the contact with our corporate clients and support our coaches and consultant team with the design and delivery of the support we provide to our individual clients. Individually they have extensive experience in their specific fields and are committed to the delivery of successful assignments for corporate and individual clients alike.
Project Manager - South
Julie specialises in Career Transition, Outplacement and Performance Coaching. She is an accredited coach and trained practitioner in workplace counselling and coaching with many years’ experience supporting people and organisations during significant change. With a successful track record of helping individuals to improve their performance and achieve their potential, she is accepted at all levels within a broad range of sectors including the commercial, public and voluntary.
Her professional and business experience is supported by a Certificate in Counselling (Hertfordshire University) and a Diploma in Performance Coaching – Business (Newcastle College). She is also qualified in psychometric testing BPS Levels A & B and Talent Q. She attends on going CPD and is a regular contributor at these events. After graduating from the University of Nottingham with a BA honours in Medieval & Modern History, Julie’s early career was spent in retail staff management. She later moved to HR positions with Unilever and then Prudential before becoming an independent and joining asa 10 years ago.
Project Manager - Midlands
An experienced Consultant, Coach, Facilitator and Trainer, Lorna has worked for more than 20 years within learning and development and change projects across a wide range of professions and disciplines, industries, public sector and not for profit organizations.
With an academic background in Business Studies/Personnel Management her early career included roles in Human Resource Management, Training and Technical Recruitment. She is a formally qualified trainer and taught Business Studies to 16-18yr old students at a local YOI.
Lorna began specializing in Career Management in 1991. She has delivered major outplacement projects including high volume site closures and substantial mergers in the public, private and charity sectors. She encourages and motivates people to achieve their goals. Her energy and enthusiasm consistently help others to retain or regain their confidence during difficult career or lifestyle changes. She quickly develops rapport with individuals at all levels from all backgrounds and combines sensitivity with sound, practical guidance.
Lorna is currently studying for a Post Graduate Diploma in Career Development at Nottingham Trent.
Project Manager - North & Scotland
George has extensive career management experience and a record of success at operational and management level gained from three global HR consultancies. He has particular expertise in achieving behavioural change with individuals and teams. He has managed large teams of career coaches, within agreed budgets, to deliver successful career transition assignments.
