Flexibility and Programme Design
All support programmes and coaching support are tailored specifically to the needs of each individual or project. Thus, whilst some elements of coaching or training remain fixed for all individuals, the interactive nature of the programme allows for flexibility. Early diagnostic sessions with individuals help to focus on their specific needs.
