Workplace Health & Wellbeing
Our Three Business Streams
Formed in 2004, Alan Smith & Associates (asa) is an independent provider of Career Transition, Coaching and Workplace Health & Wellbeing services to companies across the private, public and third sectors.
asa retain accredited and highly experienced coaches and consultants who provide bespoke support to organisations and individuals across the UK.
Working in Partnership
The needs of organisations and individuals vary. We place great emphasis on establishing close and open working relationships with our client organisations, endeavouring to understand and work in concert with their culture, business goals and demands. In this way we are able to design creative solutions to meet the specific requirements of both individuals and client organisations.
We believe the support we provide should be a personal experience – not a process.
asa delivers support to organisations and individuals throughout the UK and Internationally. We advise companies in all industries, as well as the professions, local government, NHS and ‘not for profit’ organisations.
We retain coaches and consultants throughout the UK who provide local and national expertise. Exemplary project management ensures our client organisations are kept fully up to date with our activity on each assignment.
Career Coaches and Consultants
Our coaches and consultants possess a wide variety of skills and experience, they are individuals who have succeeded in their own fields and come from a range of industry and sector backgrounds. Diverse disciplines are represented, including Marketing, Sales, Human Resources and Retailing.
Our clients rely upon them for sound businesslike advice, for understanding, for motivation and for independent counselling through periods of opportunity and despondency. They are equipped to provide guidance for career change, performance improvement, life style issues and personal challenges.
Key to success is the selection of the appropriate coach for each individual, group or organisation we work with – by matching personal chemistry we enhance success.
Précised biographies of just some of our people can be seen in the ‘our people’ section of this web-site.
We have a number of Wellbeing consultants who each have a wealth of experience in delivering comprehensive workplace health and wellbeing solutions to organisations across the UK.
Flexibility and Programme Design
All support programmes and coaching support are tailored specifically to the needs of each individual or project. Thus, whilst some elements of coaching or training remain fixed for all individuals, the interactive nature of the programme allows for flexibility. Early diagnostic sessions with individuals help to focus on their specific needs.
